- Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without this RA number will not be processed.
- Return Shipping: After receiving the RA number, package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), along with all original accessories and documentation. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Refunds for Eligible Returns: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees.
- Processing Time: Once the return is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be made within the 30-day return window.
To initiate an exchange:
